The New Build housing projects we have been involved with recently range from traditional new build housing for some of the country’s leading house builders to modern high rise flatted developments in Edinburgh, Dundee and elsewhere.

	Lauder Flats, Dunfermline Conversion of former Victorian buildings to provide modern flatted accommodation is a particularly challenging and satisfying type of work. We have been involved in the successful conversion of old mills, a printing works and a former high school building.
	Hilton Farm Steading The conversion of former farm steading buildings to provide attractive housing in the countryside is increasingly popular. At Burleigh Farm Steading near Kinross the development of the semi-derelict steading complex into modern housing units won a Civic Trust Award.
The challenge facing us on these conversion projects is to maximise the amount of the existing structure which can be safely and usefully incorporated into the development.
